High Voltage Humans - Laser Symphony (Catastrophe)

Disco punk, the psychotic subgenre that hardly resembles disco or punk, is still awaiting its chance to dominate the galaxy. High Voltage Humans, Germany's answer to Russia's Cheese People, are another step in the cosmic escalator of electrochrome and symphonic lasers that adorn the path to the top of the world, where electro lounges in a golden armchair.

The explosive duo sparks a supersonic collision in “Laser Symphony (Catastrophe)”, a lightspeed joyride of bass-crunching, guitar-grinding discomania.

Peaches - Talk to Me

Canadian queen of perverted electroclash, Peaches is prepping her fifth album after three years of silence. The first single “Talk to Me” is an ear-crunching derangement of Peaches' shrieking vocals and a heavy electro beat. The album I Feel Cream releases May 4 on XL.

Frankmusik - Better Off As Two

Frankmusik is Vincent Frank, British singer and musician fueled by chiptunes and neon lights. He is known for being wired directly to his fans via MySpace, Twitter and his own site.

This past Saturday he made history with the start of the first Live & Lost Tour, powered by Channel 4, MySpace and Blackberry. He was blindfolded and dropped off in a field north of Aberdeen with his GPS-enabled Blackberry and £20. His smartphone will allow him to communicate with his fans, who can track him via GPS and send him instructions to find his way to the next gig. Follow the madness at Frankmusik.com.

If you like: Soulwax, Justice, Calvin Harris, Empire of the Sun, La Roux
